ImmunoChemistry Technologies 細(xì)胞蛋白酶

ImmunoChemistry公司成立于1994年，作為研發(fā)、銷(xiāo)售于一體的免疫化學(xué)生物技術(shù)公司，提供各種du特的細(xì)胞蛋白酶、細(xì)胞凋亡與細(xì)胞毒性檢測(cè)試劑盒。

美國(guó)ImmunoChemistry Technologies（ICT）有幾十年免疫檢測(cè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，主要提供高質(zhì)量高靈敏度的ELISA以及相關(guān)試劑，包括包被液、封閉液、沖洗液、底物、終止液、板子等等。同時(shí)提供全面的細(xì)胞活性檢測(cè)相關(guān)試劑，包括凋亡、caspase、自噬、細(xì)胞毒性、壞死等相關(guān)檢測(cè)。

ImmunoChemistry公司產(chǎn)品FLICA™、Magic Red™、MitoPT™、FLISP™、Cholinesterase和dan堿酯酶等全細(xì)胞蛋白酶檢測(cè)試劑盒，不采用酶聯(lián)免疫方法也不使用抗體，通過(guò)使用熒光標(biāo)記的滲透細(xì)胞底物與由活性蛋白酶標(biāo)記多肽序列的抑制劑，對(duì)細(xì)胞內(nèi)活性凋亡蛋白酶、組織蛋白酶、絲an酸蛋白酶、dan堿酯酶、功能性線粒體進(jìn)行測(cè)定，便可定量分析細(xì)胞凋亡與細(xì)胞毒性。

一旦小鼠單克隆細(xì)胞系被亞克隆為單克隆，它就可以通過(guò)體外（生物反應(yīng)器）或體內(nèi)（腹水）生產(chǎn)用作單克隆抗體（mAb）的無(wú)限來(lái)源。

方法概述：體外生物反應(yīng)器生產(chǎn)

細(xì)胞系擴(kuò)增（1-2周）

解凍并擴(kuò)增單克隆細(xì)胞系用于接種生物反應(yīng)器。

可根據(jù)要求提供細(xì)胞系對(duì)無(wú)血清培養(yǎng)基的適應(yīng)（適應(yīng)最多需要 3 周）。

生物反應(yīng)器生產(chǎn)（2周）

將細(xì)胞系接種到生物反應(yīng)器中并產(chǎn)生抗體。

mAb純化

方法概述：體內(nèi)腹水生產(chǎn)

細(xì)胞系擴(kuò)增（項(xiàng)目相關(guān)時(shí)間線）

解凍并擴(kuò)增單克隆細(xì)胞系用于接種小鼠。

接種（3-4周）

對(duì)小鼠進(jìn)行啟動(dòng)，接種細(xì)胞，然后收獲抗體。
